AHA BLS Provider Course
5 Hours

For healthcare professionals and medical students needing initial certification. This course will teach CPR, use of the AED, opioid overdose response, choking relief, use of the BVM and team-based resuscitation for adults/children/infants. This course combines video, lecture, demonstration and student skills practice. A written and psychomotor skills test will be administered.

AHA BLS Renewal Course
5 Hours

This is a condensed/faster paced version of the initial provider course because it serves as a refresher for those who already hold certification. This course will teach CPR, use of the AED, opioid overdose response, choking relief, use of the BVM and team-based resuscitation for adults/children/infants. This course combines video, lecture, demonstration and student skills practice. A written and psychomotor skills test will be administered.

Heartsaver CPR/AED
3 Hours

Ideal for daycare providers, school teachers, construction workers, and members of the general public who in the course of their employment or lives may provide CPR for adults and children. This course will teach CPR, use of the AED, opioid overdose response and choking relief for adults/children/infants. This course combines video, lecture, demonstration and student skills practice. Students must be able to demonstrate competencies by the conclusion of the course.

Heartsaver CPR/AED
3.5 Hours

This course will teach CPR, use of the AED, opioid overdose response, choking relief, and first-aid (which encompasses recognition and response to common medical illness and injuries) for adults/children/infants. This course combines video, lecture, demonstration, and student skills practice. Students must be able to demonstrate competencies by the conclusion of the course.

CPR Skills Check (Blended Learning)
2 Hours

This course is recommended for people who prefer to complete the didactic portion online, prior to their psychomotor skills evaluation. The written exam will be administered online at the completion of the course. Proof of completion of the online didactic portion of the course is required prior to attending the in-person skills evaluation. HSI CPR/AED
3.5 Hours

Students must be able to demonstrate competencies by the conclusion of the course.
