1. Who should take a CPR training class?

Everyone should take a CPR class. Emergencies happen at home, in the workplace and out in our daily lives. The class helps prepare you to recognize and respond appropriately for the best outcome to these emergencies.

2. What certifications will I receive after completing the class?

Upon successful completion of the class, participants will receive an official CPR certification card verifying their training. Certification types vary by course and may include Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, AED use, and First Aid, and are typically valid for two years.

3. Is this CPR course suitable for beginners with no prior experience?

Yes. This CPR course is designed for beginners and does not require any prior medical knowledge or experience. Instructors guide participants step by step, ensuring everyone feels confident learning and practicing essential lifesaving skills.

4. How long is my CPR certification valid, and when do I need to renew?

CPR certifications are typically valid for two years from the date of completion. To remain certified and up to date with current guidelines, participants should renew their certification before it expires by enrolling in a renewal course.
